Susie has witnessed leaders make and break organisations and the people within, as well as themselves and their families. She believes that leadership is a privilege and a responsibility, and that individuals in those positions must be empowered and supported to be the best that they can. Susie is an experienced leader herself and an executive coach specialising in entrepreneurial leadership.
ANDY BEVAN

Andy is a former Detective Chief Superintendent, with significant experience of senior leadership and command in the UK and abroad, who retired in November 2018 after 33 years police and army service. He has extensive experience in leading complex investigations, crisis management response and mitigating threat, risk and harm. He is also a qualified outdoor professional where he has used his transferable skills to lead, coach and educate adults and children in outdoor activities in the mountains and wild country environments throughout the world.
MELANIE BRAAM

A former professional dancer who established the first Pilates Studio in Aix-en-Provence, Melanie is now a UK-based Pilates Instructor and Life Coach. Always rooting for her clients, Melanie's holistic approach has helped many others achieve their own personal goals by unlocking their strength, direction and purpose. Certified Pilates Instructor, CTI coach and member of the ICF.
RAECHEL KELLY

After more than a decade in sustainable investment, Raechel set up The Liminality, a sustainability consultancy, in order to help organisations join the dots between environmental and social issues. Her work aims to reframe the debate around individual action vs system change and empower everyone to prioritise both people and planet. The Liminality has so far enabled schools to go solar, hair salons to go zero waste, councils to go collaborative on climate and everyone to think of themselves as a citizen rather than a consumer. She lives in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire with her family and spends as much of her time as possible on rollerskates.
SONJA KRESOJEVIC

Sonja Kresojevic has worked globally in many different roles: as an innovation executive, advisor, consultant, speaker, and author. In her approach, she combines 20 years of corporate experience with deep inner transformative experiences and studies covering psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, poetry, and spiritual leadership. She advises, writes, and teaches on a range of topics relating to human-centric transformation, conscious leadership, innovation, and purpose. Her latest venture Seedtime Collective focuses on working with leaders who need support navigating uncertainty, finding their sense of purpose, and co-creating future scenarios from a place of emergence.
LOUISA MARDON

An Ashridge trained, certified executive coach and organisational development practitioner. Louisa has significant experience working alongside leaders and their teams in a variety of innovative and high pressure environments in private and government sectors. She has a specific interest in discovering for each client the point of bifurcation that brings about transformational change. Louisa is an entrepreneur, part way through a Masters, has four children and enjoys being with her family, friends and dog Lola. She is experimenting with daily moments of doing absolutely nothing at all.
ALEX NEWTE HARDIE

Alex Newte Hardie, M.R.N., BSc (Hons), BA (Hons), PG Cert., is a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy teacher, Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy practitioner and naturopathic physician. She was the resident naturopath at the University of Westminster until 2013 before being asked to join the Light Centre Belgravia to head up the holistic health programme and become the principle mindfulness teacher in 2015. ROBERT ROWLAND SMITH

Robert Rowland Smith is a British author and philosopher. He is a regular speaker at public and private events, addressing a wide range of topics that includes philosophy, psychology, politics and art. Alongside his literary career, Robert works as a business advisor and practitioner of Systemic Family Constellations.
